  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for using products as intended and following all safety instructions.

  • Mops & Brooms:

    • Use appropriate amount of water/cleaning solution for your floor type.

    • Wipe up excess water to prevent slipping hazards.

    • Check for loose bristles before use.

    • Not for use on wet surfaces unless specified.

  • Dust Pushers & Electrostatic Paper:

    • Use only on dry surfaces.

    • Do not use on extremely hot surfaces.

    • Dispose of used sheets properly; do not flush.

    • Keep out of reach of children (suffocation risk from plastic sheets).

  • Store all cleaning tools out of reach of children and pets.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to floors from improper mop use, slipping accidents, or injuries from misuse.
